companies serving mainland Scotland and the Orkney Isles. Rapsons Coaches also provide executive coach hire.
Now you know who we are, take a seat, and we’ll tell you what we’re about. What really drives us forward
is a desire to provide the
Highlands and Islands of Scotland with bus and coach services second to none.
We are already Scotland’s leading independent bus
and coach operator - and we intend to build on this through
a policy of continual investment, a committment to best practice and a
dedication to the highest standards
of customer care.
Indeed, we are committed to creating a transport company of which the Highlands and Islands of Scotland
can be proud. We have
over 300 employees including drivers, maintenance and administration staff. Working together, we are responsible for the safe and effi cient operation of a fl eet of around 250 vehicles which range from the
luxury executive coaches to modern low fl oor buses and minibuses. All staff are directly employed and highly trained - and, as a
result, they share a desire to ensure the comfort and safety
of all our passengers - at all times.
On the following pages, we take you on a brief tour through the various bus and coach services provided
by the Rapsons Group. It will
provide you with an initial insight into a company on the move.

NEW VEHICLES
Rapsons are pleased to announce the arrival of five
ADL Enviro 200 Darts which
complete the
vehicle allocation for bus route
development grant scheme HITRANS
secured funding for in
partnership with
Rapson’s Group. This scheme has overhauled bus
links to Inverness Airport and
into
the bargain has delivered a step change in quality on local services in Inverness City
and Croy. Two of the Enviro 200s sport the
JET livery developed for Inverness Airport work and two are in the new Green and Blue Rapsons corporate livery. The fifth bus will
stay white for just now and is getting it’s own route specific livery. We will be launching this one separately as the livery will tie in
with the Highland 2007 year of culture.
